The Center for Spiritual Development - Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, Portland, OR – 2000–2009
Associate Director: Responsibilities include management, creation and production of all publicity and marketing materials, both web and print, for an award winning spiritual education program with a national audience. Planning and managed all events including annual lecture series that attracted audiences of 400+ and multi-day summer seminar that attracted a national audience of up to 350 attendees. Developed and managed annual Center budget. Served as in-house technical advisor for cathedral staff.

Episcopal Diocese of Oregon – 2009
Bishop Search Website Developer: Selected by the Episcopal Diocese of Oregon to design and implement a multiple page website for their 2009 search for a new bishop. Responsibilities included advising Search Committee members on web options, researching and collecting data and images for site, creating a brand for the overall Search that effective blended with the Diocese web design, developing solutions for online videos interviews of position candidates and keeping site up-to-date as a resource for parishes in the diocese. The Bishop was selected in November and as a result this website is no longer up.

 

St. David of Wales Episcopal Church, Portland, Oregon – 2009
Web Site Designer: The task was to create a fresh look for a church in decline with the hope that a web presence would lead to increased interest in the community. As a result, attendance is up and interest is growing. Responsibilities were to design and implement a multiple-page website for this SE Portland church capturing the feel of the church’s culture in image and page design. Work included creating online templates for ongoing content update by administrative staff.

Ainsworth United Church of Christ, Portland, Oregon – 2009
Web Site Designer: Design and implemented multiple-page website for multi-cultural, multi-racial NE Portland church. In process, I am currently working with staff and leaders of this church to develop content and refine the design.

TVA, Architects, Portland, Oregon – 1987–2001
Business Manager: Responsible for the overall management of accounting and marketing functions for a mid-level architectural firm with national clients. Developed project budgeting system for large multi-phase projects, including Nike World Campus.

2007 & 2008 Co-chair of Ainsworth in the City, an annual dinner and auction. Developed marketing strategy and promotional materials for a three-event fundraising weekend. Coordinated volunteers and logistics for the Friday evening dinner and silent auction.

Train for and participate in endurance bicycling and marathon walking events, have completed both the Portland Marathon and Reach the Beach.
